MINDFULNESS & MEDITATIONS

Immerse in the present moment awareness

A pathway for inner awakening, alignment, and connection

Mindfulness is an invitation into this awareness and to a greater intimacy with our human experience.

Classes & Workshops

Through classes and workshops, participants can learn concepts and skills that can be easily implemented in their daily routines.

These events also help promote a sense of deeper connection and a realization that we are all walking together on a path that leads to universal truths about ourselves and an overarching source that sustains all life.

One is called Yesterday, and the other is called Tomorrow.
Today is the right day to Love, Believe, Do, and mostly Live.”
