My work is shaped by a longstanding curiosity about human growth and the inner compass for insight and healing that lives within each of us.
Through my work with individuals and groups, I have learned that most people long for a deeper connection, meaning in their stories, relief from emotional weight, and a sense of inspiration. When these longings are met, a profound sense of integration and clarity can emerge. From this place, our inner landscape expands, allowing us to envision new possibilities and a new trajectory in our lives.
Besides relating to this profound human journey, I have come to understand that my own sense of purpose lies in supporting others as they bring this inner clarity into lived experience.
As a psychotherapist and a mindfulness instructor, I feel inspired to help people feel seen, understood, and connected to our shared humanity and to their innate capacity for healing. My work integrates mental health, neuroscience, spiritual teachings and practices, offering a compassionate and grounded approach.
